How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Delivery takes 3–5 business days via USPS.

How much is shipping?
$5.99 flat rate under $50 — FREE on orders $50 and over.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

My tracking hasn’t moved — what now?

Returns

What’s your return policy?
You have 5 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused in original condition. A restocking fee may apply, return shipping is on you, and sale items and gift cards can’t be returned.

Are your products handmade?
Many are handcrafted by artisans in India — materials and details are on each product page.

How do I care for brass items?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth, keep away from moisture, polish occasionally.

Are the flower garlands real?
Our marigold garlands are artificial — no wilting, reusable every festival.

Do you have gift packaging?
Yes — festive gift boxes and bags are in the store, and many products are gift-ready.

Do you handle bulk or return-gift orders?
